Terms of Service

Authorized Use
CrossMain is an internal business operations platform. Users may access it only through an approved account and must follow their company’s policies, assigned permissions, and applicable law.
Company Information
Each company controls the information entered by its users. Users must provide accurate information and may not attempt to access another company’s data, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Connected Services
Optional connections, including Google Calendar, are controlled by the authorized user whose matching account is connected. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. Disconnecting a service stops future access but does not alter records already created inside CrossMain.
Availability
CrossMain is provided on an as-available basis. Users remain responsible for reviewing job, safety, inspection, payroll, and compliance information before relying on it for business decisions.
